Service Description
Ready to host a Panes of Promise glass art event? Use "Request to Book" button to access the calendar and choose your preferred date and time. How the Booking Process Works: Request Your Date: Select your desired time slot here to tentatively hold the date. Consultation: Marian will reach out to you directly to confirm the venue (Studio or Off-Site), discuss project options, and finalize details. Lock It In: Once the details are confirmed, you will receive a secure link to pay the deposit. Confirmation: Your date is officially locked in only once the deposit payment is received. REFUND POLICY: Please note that once the deposit is paid via the payment link, it is refundable. This secures your specific time slot and initiates the preparation for your event. Max Participants: 40 for off-site and 8 for in studio. Duration: 2-3 hours Buffer time: 1 hour Set Up 30 Mins Before / Clean Up 30 Mins after
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Refundable Deposit: A Booking Fee is required to secure your date on our calendar. This fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event without proper 30 days notice Rescheduling: We understand plans change! You may reschedule your private event once, provided you give us at least 7 days' notice. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking Deposit and may incur a material preparation fee. Final Payment: For large groups, final headcount and remaining balance are due 3 days prior to the event electronically, or may be paid by check at the start of the event.
